Just imagine, a morning without arguing, or being cranky or stressed out!
Almost sounds too good to be true, but it is possible! When you have to get yourself out the door in the morning and probably your children as well, it is a hectic time and can be very stressful, so today, let’s talk about how we can change that!

A stress free morning actually begins the night before. 

The key to a stress free morning is:  PREPARATION.
By getting as many things as you can done ahead of time  you will be saving yourself so much stress in the morning when time is tight.

I know that with children, agreeing on what they are going to wear  can be a challenge at times!  But by going through the process of picking out clothes and setting them out the night before, it saves a lot of time and discussion and maybe even stress, in the morning.  One of the very best ways to prepare for your morning is to each evening everyone picks their clothes and has them ready for the next morning.

 As well, make lunches.  Now that can be time consuming and there can be a lot of discussion about who is going to eat what.  So get that out of the way for sure!

And my favourite is to even make breakfast the night before.  Oatmeal jars, overnight oats or a breakfast casserole are all healthy delicious meals that can be made a day or two ahead of time so you can just grab it out of the fridge.  And of course, we have all those recipes in our delicious new cookbook! Another thing you can do the night before is Pack your bags!  Now whether it be your own items that you need for the next day or the kids back packs.  Having everything packed up and ready to grab when you walk out the door makes life SO much less stressful!  
No rushing around looking for keys or books!

And finally, a good nights sleep is so important, everyone is much less inclined to be cranky if they’ve had plenty of rest.  Which of course helps everything go better!  And helps everyone to have a beautiful stress free morning!
